Life Coaching & Mental Health CoAching

We start with a free discovery call, where we talk and I give you a life fulfillment questionnaire to complete. Then we go from there.

Appointments are 60 minutes, booked at your convenience, and I am available via Zoom, phone or in-person. Payment may be made via PayPal, cash or check.

I am certified by the International Board of Christian Care as a Master Mental Health Coach and as an Advanced Christian Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors.

I work as an instrument of God to bring restoration in your life wherever it is needed — emotionally, spiritually, mentally and/or physically. I will help you learn how to move the blocks that are preventing you from moving forward and to use the trials in your life for your benefit, as God intends for them to be used.

I will listen to you non-judgmentally. Your willingness to be vulnerable, your desire to know the truth about yourself and to share your whole story is critical to reaching your goals and to experience success in achieving your life purpose.

I will encourage you, motivate you, be your accountability partner and help give you hope, “an anchor of the soul” (Hebrews 6:19).

I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
